Data and Then No Data

Guys, I picked up a refurbished 1520 on ebay for 100.00 this week. LOVE the phone.

However, while everything was working great, I noticed I could not tether. I went on my carrier, Ting, and created an APN setting for Ting and entered their data for data and mms.

Suddenly no data.

I then proceeded to remove the APN I created, and still no Data.

I finally did a phone reset (via the menu) and still no data.

Originally, once in Windows 10, the APN had a setting of "T-mobile fast" or something like that.

Also, whether or not this matters, there is no Access Point in this version of Windows 10 mobile.

I'm used to using that even on my Lumia 920 running windows 10.

Anyone have any ideas?

Shamed as I might be, I thought I should post up the reason. I had set a trigger on my cell provider so the network turned off. Embarrassing.
