wrong battery capacity with lumia 1520

What can I do to reset battery ?
hard reset and soft reset do not help
I even flash between wp 8.1 and win 10 mobile and it still get wrong battery capacity of 13300 with the field medic app

No idea about the battery issues.....but why are you still using a Lumia? Is it a work phone?

If the device is performing normally I recommend not worrying about a number in an app.

If battery performance is poor, get either the phone or battery replaced.
