Does not recognize an sd card

I've tried multiple SD cards and 2520 doesn't recognize any of them. Do I have to do anything special to get it to see card.

Tried 1GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64 GB. Various makes.

How were these cards formatted? What file format?

need to power the unit down. then power up. must be done when you remove the card. it's not hot plugable.

use file explorer or my computer on desktop to locate it.

I formatted them on my windows 8.1 desktop

that is strange. have you checked the card is in the right orientation on the card holder of the tablet?

since you have tried so many cards, you could have a faulty unit. Take it to the store and get it checked. If so, get it replaced.

AT&T replaced.my 2520 and all is well now
