    Hello all. Forgive me if this has been covered in another thread, but Itried a search, and ccouldn't find any info. I just picked up the lumia 2520 today from AT&T, and took it home to check it out. I went ahead and plugged it in to charge it, figuring it probably needed it. I came back about 20 minutes later to check the charging status, only to see that the charge read 1% and although the device was plugged in, with green light showing on the charger plug, the indicator read 'plugged in, but not charging'. Am I missing something here, or could this be a sign of something amiss? Thanks in advance.

    It shouldn't work that way. Try rebooting the device or powering it off and plugging it in again. If you can't seem to get it to charge take it back. Maybe test it with another charger at the AT&T store. The green light on the charger plug is on any time it is plugged into the wall. I wish it would start out red or blinking when charging and green or steady when the charge is finished.

    The green light means power and ground at the connector so if it's really not charging it would be a problem with the device.

    I had this issue when i plugged mine in for the first time, changed to a different socket and worked fine and has since. Try a different wall socket.
