Considering a L2520, need info

So i wannt to buy the L2520 and i never had a tablet before so i need some informations.
I would need it mostly for browsing and some games from the store if i get bored. So will the games run smoothly ? (your experience)
Can i reinstall windows with Lumia software recovery tool? (if anyone tried)
If i connect it to a 81" tv to watch movies how good is the quality?
Im also looking at Acer Aspire Switch and ASUS Transformer Book ( both windows 8.1 32 bit). Would u choose the L2520 over the two ?

Any other information is also useful.
