You can use one drive once you have one drive set up on both devices

USB stick works...

Move all desired files to SD card and swap between devices.

OneDrive is probably the least painful method. You can also set documents to sync to OneDrive. Edit it on your 2520 tablet and see the changes on your PC or Laptop. More seamless that way.
