Can't login microsoft account after amber update

Since I can't login to microsoft account I can't download apps. Each time when I login it says login failed try different username and password! Please help I also deactivated Authenticator app!!

have you also disabled 2-step auth as well? disabling authenticator app does not remove the 2-step authentication. you will have to create a specific app password for the phone you are adding, or if you don't want 2-step auth at all, disable it and you can use you own ms account password

Thank you everybody all I had to do was create a new app password under Security Info. Then I copied that password and entered in the password section of Microsoft account.
