520 wont boot

Hi

need some help

i accidently turned off my 520 in the middle of a phone update last night. It will boot to nokia logo then to windows logo but then goes black and repeats endlessly.

I have tried a hard reset with the power\down\camera combos but to no avail.

My PC will detect that it is a lumia phone and on the odd occasion that it shows the phone as a device i can see the internal stores has 0 bytes

will i need to send this back to nokia as its brand new or can i install the update firmware myself

If you know how to install the firmware and OS version do so, but if you don't want to risk screwing up your phone completely, I'd send it to Nokia.

this happened to me with mine search on youtube hard reset of lumia 520 you will lose your data with this but as this happened to me when i bought it i did not lose any data.

Try by removing your sim card and if a memory card is in the phone remove that aswell and try booting without it.
