Double tap to wake

I just got my hands on the At&t Lumia 520 and I'm wondering why the double tap to wake isn't working. I have the option selected, but no good... Anyone have any insight?

Unfortunately, its a tease. It doesn't work on the 520, 521, 620, or 720.

Well, that sucks. Then again this is still a huge improvement over the focus flash I had that bit the dust yesterday. Thanks for the info.

It works on mine, but sometimes, I have to tap several times.

it is the AT&T carrier specific variant, so I'm pretty sure its the same as the int'l unlocked 520, maybe except for a couple bands and a logo, but I think that's it.

It also has software customized to a degree, mostly with some extras preloaded and an AT&T logo on boot.

Theoretically, you could flash your 520 with an ATT ROM, but I wouldn't recommend it if it were just for the chance of having double tap to wake.
I'd enjoy what's probably earlier updates instead?

I can't get it to work either, I've reset the phone and nothing. I have the att version but I its the bundled version at radioshack with cyan shell and SD card.

Please, can anybody write here what kind of AT&T firmware you have where is Double Tap to Wake enabled?

I would like to install it as well.
It should be something like: 3043.0000.1324.0001

How to find it?
Settings -> About -> More info -> Firmware revision number: XXX
