Hard reseted my N520

I use my N520 for 2-3 months and it got full of apps and i almost bricked it,so i decided to do a hard reset,it wiped everything but it seems that now it is actually better,i haven't got Dev preview app installed after reset but GDR3 was still there,also now somehow it allowed me to install X360 smartglass and HERE Drive (i couldnt install them before)
I just let you know incase anyone had the same problem with me...At first i freaked the heck out i did a hard reset but i already feel better because now i learned to save less stuff on my phone-i had a lot of games i hardly played

Hi im not so good at mobile technology stuff so does hard resetting means that all data will be deleted? and also does window phone back up the contact lists? Thank you

Yes, hard reset deletes all the data on your phone. Your contacts will be backed up, assuming you are using a Microsoft account on your phone.
