Post it through the "me tile" and it should work

Go to your albums, choose the picture you want to share, press share, and then the option Facebook. The picture you post on fb shows: Facebook for windows phone.

Go to People, at the "All" screen you will see your own profile picture on top. Click that, that's your Me-page. Pin it to start for a Me-tile. From that page you can post an update or check in.
