Hi, someone sent Nokia Lumia 520 locked at AT&T from US. I am outside US. So, the company policy says that it is necessary to be on the network for 6 months (which obviously, is out of context for me), so, is there any other way? Is owning the phone for 6 months (outside US) enough or do I have to use it? And, is unlocking done by 3rd parties, if so at what price?
