Someone please suggest a file manager through which files ar send via WiFi. Please suggest

I have that. But it can't send files via WiFi

If you want to transfer files via wifi you can use bittorent sync works fine for me.

Or one drive works great as well , I have documents saved on skydrive which I can access them on my pc as well as phone.

No. Not that. I'm talking to send the video files via WiFi to another person's phone

I don't believe you can do that presently. Microsoft seems to be under the mistaken impression that everyone wants to use the cloud for all their transfer and backup needs.

Can't you use Bluetooth?

Yes. But that is slow. In the Android there is flash transfer which send files via WiFi

It can send any files via WiFi. Just tap and hold on any file and select "via WiFi"
