Will LUMIA 520 get all features of Windows Phone 8.1?

It will get all 8.1 features definitely. It's been confirmed by Talderon (a guy who works for MS).

Oh and Glance is a Nokia feature, depends on your phone's hardware. LCD doesn't support it, apart from 920. Even the Lumia Icon doesn't have it.

Glance is a feature from the ROM, not from the operating system. Black update is an update to the ROM.

Oh and Glance is a Nokia feature, depends on your phone's hardware. LCD doesn't support it, apart from 920. Even the Lumia Icon doesn't have it.

They said it was the kind of LCD they used in the 520, 521, and Icon, not the actual LCD.

Yes, the 520 will get all of the features presently known for Windows Phone 8.1, including Cortana AND extra tile rows.

Welcome to Windows Phone Central! As reported on the main page - yes. Every Windows Phone will get each feature in 8.1. The reason the 520, 525, 930 and Icon don't have the Glance feature is because of hardware limitation in the screen. Windows Phone 8.1, however, is software.

99%+ of all Windows Phone 8.1 features will come to the Lumia 520.

Hell, as of right now, the only 8.1 feature I can think of that the Lumia 520 won't get is improved NFC support, for obvious reasons.

Seeing as this hasn't been mentioned anywhere, and the 512MB emulator has the Action Center, I'd say quite the contrary: The Lumia 520 WILL get the Action Center.

They have AMOLED displays, what hardware restrictions prevent them from glance feature, it works excellent on my 1520 LCD screen, same hardware and SoC in both 930 and Icon

Initially they might not have it due to lack of software support, I am sure both will get via software update

they said similar story for Lumia 620 that it doesn't have super sensitive touch support etc I am hoping for the best

Bad move by Nokia if they cant provide it via update
