Nokia Lumia 520 Call People by its self

Hi my GF has a Nokia 520 and for the past month or so it keeps on phoning people on its own in the call log and sometimes it just flips out and you have no control over the phone for a couple of seconds

Dear, firstly this type of problem is not noticed by others. My friend too own this mobile since last 1 year, but no problem has been reported. For the problem you are facing, I will suggest you two solutions:

Firstly run a hard reset of your mobile. It might be any technical issue that has been occurred unexpectedly. To run a hard reset, you can either go to Setting > About > Reset Your Phone and reset your phone. Else follow the following steps:
Press and Hold the Power Button, do not release until the phone vibrate
Press and Hold the Volume Down Button, do not release until the LCD show the exclamation mark
To continue reset, you have to do the last step bellow
Press Volume Up Button Key and release
Press Volume Down Button Key and release
Press Power Button Key and release
Press Volume Down Button Key and release
The the Nokia Lumia 520 will do the hard reset format

If the problem is still not resolved, then I will recommend you to get in touch with your nearest Nokia care and either get the problem resolved or replace the mobile.
