Lumia 520 stuck at red NOKIA screen

Started to restore my 520 with the Nokia Restore for Windows thing (I dont remember what it was called) and now it goes to the AT&T logo, then straight to a burgundy or red NOKIA screen (at the top, not the middle, and the logo's slightly bigger) and it's the same color I made the Restore program. It restored to 100% on the program, it was plugged in, but now it doesn't do anything. I can't get the exclamation mark to show up, either. :crying: Please help!

I would suggest that you download the Nokia Software Recovery Tool http://download.fds-ncom.nokia.com/supportFiles/phones/files/recovery/NokiaSoftwareRecoveryToolInstaller.exe

Tried the lumia software recovery tool, but crashes at 27%. Can try again, but same result. What now?

same here. but mine stops at 17% installing, then failure.

EDIT: after trying again, and again, and again for two and a half hours, it finally installed the software successfully. every time it advanced in percentage complete and then failed. until finally it succeeded. i used the Lumia Recovery tool and not the windows phone recovery tool.

is that on download or instal i was able to download the whole thing but not install it
