I had the Windows8.1 preview for devs on my phone, used the Nokia software recovery pc application to downgrade back to Windows Phone 8, then updated OTA to Cyan and Windows8.1.
Now my phone freezes constantly, restarts and causes some apps not to work. Here are the troubleshooting steps I took to try and fix it.
1 Reset my phone and reinstalled Cyan

2 Changed my Outlook password and reinserted it into my Outlook account on my phone

3 Pulled out the battery with phone on changed time and date
**fail**
4 Used the Nokia recovery pc app again
**fail**
I am out of ideas. It works more with the IE app but overall the phone freezes and restarts. Please help
