Came in two separate updates.

I was on DP GDR1 Black...so this seems to be the update pack everyone was waiting for.

I never downgraded and just waited for this.

I have update my Lumia 1020 which was running an 8.1 GDR1 dev preview to 8.10.14176.243 but it still says Lumia Black. Will I be getting a second update for Cyan?

Yes, the same problem!I have Lumia 520 with wp8.1 dev preview.I still can't install update 1, error 8007000d. I tried everything soft reset, hard reset, change language, region, nothing, still the same stupid 8007000d error! They fixed nothing! Now I can't install update 1, also don't have cyan... Great job ms!

First update is large...clear space.

Also only use class 6 SD card

Build 8.10.14176 starts rolling today to developer preview Participants, and Provides a bunch of performance improvements and general fixes. One of the Important fixes addresses to issue some folks werewolf falling on seeing the update process - the 80188308 error - Which resulted from running out of storage space in the system partition falling on update. We expect this fix to solve the update issue for most users.
If you have a Nokia Lumia device and are quiet running into this error with the latest update, you can use the Nokia Software recovery tool to reset your device.
Or, if you are on a phone with lower storage capacity you see in june so out of storage error did is different than the one above. Please follow the make room on my phone to update it article.
So we're pleased to announce did HTC devices (HTC The Windows Phone 8X and 8S) will now be able to get the Windows Phone 8.1 update with this new update.

Can you tell me, did you have the same error(8007000d)? Are you sure that it'll work if I have 4gb free on my phone? My SD card is class 4, should I remove it from phone before updating? Thank you in advance.

Got the cyan with the first update now downloading the second update first one changed my OS version to 8.10.14176.243 was on lumia black with dp activated and update 1 installed

Finally Cyan had come out for DP devices. Update requires about 900mb space. They're 2 of them.

For those who haven't gotten Cyan like me, MS said they're ramping up the number devices available to get Cyan over the next couple of weeks, so be patient!!!

class 10 also works well in my 820. But I have a class 4 in one of my backup 520's and it works there also. Of course it had more than 4 GB free anyway.

I use Nokia software updater for Lumia 520 and everything went well. I had previously the WP 8.1 DP. I do not know what the software updated did but I have the Cyan updated.

Try clearing the required space (4 GB) and then check for the updates. It worked for me.

Try restarting your device and then search for the update "check for updates".

Download Nokia Recovery Tool and downgrade your phone to black again. After this you will start getting updates and that will take you to Cyan update. Then you again download Preview for developers App which will take you to same place where you are right now with updates of Lumia Denim.
