Lumia 520 not responding after update to preview Windows 10 for phone build 10051

I install was long and now the phone doesn't respond to anything can only be turn off ar on and lock screen is white screen And then there's start and you can't move.

Was your phone loaded up with apps, music, games and such before the install of Windows 10 for phones?

i do a hard reset and start a clean start with the 520 thank you

I installed windows 10 on my 520 bt idk after that wheel spinning
got completed my phone never booted completely only Nokia screens comes up n it just keep on restarting

I have 525
N I had installed first released windows 10 preview using Chinese hack
N now I can't get the update
I got very small update in first place but then nothing is going on
I am still on that first windows 10
N when I check for update it says "up to date
