My Nokia 520 is stuck on Nokia screens and all buttons don't work, how can I fix this?

Help nokia 520 stuck on nokia screens and all buttons don't work

so i went to india and i told the shop keeper to fix my phone but instead he ruined it more and i am just i kid so i can't really do anything. my phone starts to turn very hot and to turn it off i have to drain the battery out of it. it hasent been working for a year please help someone

One thing you could try is to reset your phone to factory settings:
1. Press and hold the volume down and power buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10?15 seconds).
2. When you feel the vibration, immediately press and hold the volume down button until you see a large exclamation mark.
3. Once the exclamation mark appears, press the following four buttons in this order: volume up button, volume down button, power button, volume down button. Your phone should now reset and restart itself. (It might take a while for the reset to finish.)

If this doesn't work you might want to check your warranty.
