Why isn't my Lumia 520 not downloading the 10166 build update?

Lumia 520 not downloading the 10166 build update

I have a lumia 520 with windows 10 10149 build. And recently I got a message the a new update is available to download. But the download bar is stuck at 0% from past 2 days. I don't what to to make it progress.
Please help!!!

Probably a good stable wifi will help.

I had things like this one but with hotspot. After I've locked my phone, the hotspot stopped to work properly. After a while the apps started to dissapear - even the settings app. I had to start my phone with Windows Phone Recorvery and had to get WP 8.1.

In my opinion you should wait till the final Windows 10 Mobile. It's not stable for 512MB and Lumia 5XX devices.

Hey, could u tell me how much data is required to roll back to wp8.1? And whether an internet connection is still required after downloading the update ( i.e while it is installing ).. Pls help !

it would be 1.57 gb for lumia 520

Connect your charger with the mobile and then start downloading update..read somewhere that its a bug...happened with me as well.
