Why does my camera and video fail after Win 10 upgrade to Lumia 520?

Camera an video fails after Win 10 upgrade to Lumia 520.

After upgrade none of my previous videos can be viewed or uploaded to cloud or even seen on phone as anything other than jpegs.
When taking new photos or videos they don't appear at all in memory.
Can this upgrade be rolled back without reseting the phone, I don't want to loose photo/videos stored on it etc. Camera was reset and that did not work.

No you can not roll back this update without resetting your phone. And actual you need to use the Windows Phone Recovery Tool to roll back but if you backup all your files you will not loose any files.
