Why am I unable to hear audio on my Lumia 520?

Lumia 520 unable to hear audio

After disconnection of headset , the speaker is not working

But when you plug headphones in sound comes through the headphones? There is a micro-switch in the jack that knows when a plug is inserted. I'm betting it is stuck. This happened to my daughters phone. Eventually it fixed itself. But you could try poking something in there and see if you can make the switch pop back up. But if you break something, that's not my fault
