Why is my Nokia Lumia 520 restarting from the last 4 days?

my nokia lumia 520 is restarting from last 4 days

As soon as i put it to charge it restarts its self
it does that until its full discharged i had tried nokia recovery tool
as well as Phoenix software tool but it just keeps on restarting
i have 1 message in my whats-app that is displaying every time its starts
i had tried to reset it throw pressing reset keys
(volume down button until exclamation marks appears and the volume up+volume down+power button+volume down) but it doesn't makes any difference.
Is there any way that this problem can be solved???????

Mine has been restarting as well, not just after connecting to cable. It was something with HW, got my motherboard (practically whole phone including display and battery) replaced. I was still under warranty. If you are, go to the shop and you should be fine.
