In lumia 520 can install another mobile custom package

hi I am using Lumia 520 earlier I am update to windows 10 technical version
but now I am to recovey back to 8.1 but the windows recovery tools say error on vpn,firewall
but the custom package is avalible nut I don not know the website

Is there another pc you can try and download it on (on a different network)?
Other than that you can download the rom for your phone from http://www.lumiafirmware.com/ and copy it to the correct Windows Device Recovery Tool directory.

Hi, Open the SIM holder then tilt the phone so that the SIM tray slides out. Your product code will be printed on a label along with the IMEI number.
You can then compare your product number against the list.

I downloaded the file 1.5gb. But the download link. Many files are avilable PNG,data,PNG small size can I download all the files

Are download only 1.5gb file

Too long to answer.... Scroll top of page, then slide news from right to left till last month official w10m release.
520 is really too slow... I use WIndows10 insider for months, I made everything, despite daily crashes and reboots, but I gave up. And only now I understood how stressed the phone was.

You can obviously enter in WIndows Insider Slow Ring, and so download and use official Windows10M build 10586.164 as long as you want, so you can see by yourself

The Lumia 520 is a 512MB device and all such devices have now been removed from the Win10M upgrade.
It is due to feedback from Insiders running the Win10m preview builds, which must have indicated that the device had problems.

WIndows Insider Slow Ring

You'll need to select the 'Release Preview' ring, as both the fast and slow rings now point to Redstone builds.
