I have a lumia 520 and my winphone shows ): after 2% installing of winphone 10

I downloaded winphone 10 and installed it but two gears shows up to load the windows but it ): comes on my screen my phone turns off.i tried soft and hard reset they didnt answer.what should i do?

Windows 10 isn't optimized for the 520, it's apparently very buggy and unstable; you'll want to stay on 8.1
Run the Windows Device Recovery tool to flash back to the phone default OS: Recover my Windows Phone | Windows Phone How-to (United States)
