Slow Wifi on lumia 520

I have been experiencing slow downloads on my lumia 520 like it takes almost half an hour to download a 84mb file tried everything but still didn't worked. Here are the things i tried.
Rebooted my device - failed
Did a soft reset - failed
Turned airplane mode on and off - fixed 20% again same problem.
I am using a wifi connetion and never faced this issue before it has started from 1 months and is frustrating me a lot since cannot download anything from store or browse.
Need help asap...

Have you tried doing a hard reset?

Are downloads slow when you use a cellular connection, or only when using WiFi?

Yup tried it but no use and it happens only when using a wifi connection as cellular connection gives good speed any solution why is it happening?
