Lumia 520 nothing works related to sound

I have a Lumia 520 that is not new.It has not been used for some years.Its touchscreen was broken so I bought it and replaced .When I start the phone nothing worked related to sound.Sound control bar at the top of the screen doesnt show.When I click vol up and down buttons there is a very little blank bar appears with no controls over with it.When I open camera it works but when switching video the app closes immideatly.It is same as equalizer controls in settings.Or when I enter voice settings, all sound settings been there just for a second or less, then dissappears.I tried to make calls nothing happens.I also tried to listen musics in diffrent platforms.And cant play videos either.I dont get sound from handset and speaker.I tried to use 2 headphones and repeat all these, nothing happens again.Here is the things I tried:

soft reset
hard reset
update windows 8.1 and repeat all these
reset again
firmware format on computer using windows device recovery tool
opened the case and blowing air

So my question is: is it a hardware problem, does my speaker broken?If it why headphones dont work?Or what is the problem please help me.
