unexpected problem using 521 as navigator

Subj. The problem is, I just can't reliably fix the phone in GPS holder without holder pushing over some buttons. It is either ON/OFF, or camera, or volume. Landscape orientation doen't help, since holder isn't wide enough to grab the phone horizontally (and if I rotate the holder I'm back to initial issue ).
