Where's the Black Update?

So the 925 received it naturally, last week. But no word on the 521? I took a year off from social media, and decided I didn't need a bells & whistles phone, but the enhancements would be nice to have.

It appears the Black Update is still not out for both the 521 and the 620 in the US. It does seem to be taking a while for these to get it, but they will get it at some point. You could always keep an eye on Nokia's Update page here. When it is released it's best to manually check for updates on your phone and install it, as your phone only checks once a week by itself for system updates.

T-Mobile support gives the same "We're working with Nokia to get it out as soon as possible, bla bla bla" answer to everyone who asks. I emailed Legere yesterday, and he kinda sidestepped the answer as well. Still isn't on Nokia's firmware servers, so presumably it hasn't passed T-Mo's QA yet.

It's odd. T-Mobile was fast on Amber & GDR2. Way faster than at&t was. ...times change I guess.

That would be nice. I'd like to update the two I have. Still debating on whether to sell them both or keep the one as a spare. One hasn't even been out of the box yet, other was only used a day.

I keep my 521 as a spare/back-up. It's really an awesome phone. My daily driver is the 925.

Actually you will ge only few apps from BLACK by nokia and many of the apps are already available,for amber to beta version . . .
If you want features then update gdr3 in your phone, its Microsoft update . . .
