How To Delete Seemingly Unexistant Music From Phone?

I deleted music via File Explorer from my phone on both the microSD card and the phone's storage, but according to the Windows Phone app on my Surface, Windows Phone app on my Windows 7 desktop, and my phone, there is still music on it. The Windows Phone applications on both computers do not allow me to delete the music, and the only way to delete it is song by song on my phone, which would take forever with roughly 1600 songs.

Ended up deleting everything song by song on my phone...
