Is there really no other color choices for the back plate?

I am really hating this white. I want black and Cyan. Someone please tell me they are available somewhere.

I thought I read somewhere that it's possible to swap them out with other colored backs... Have you checked Amazon or eBay?

There is no official way to swap covers since the 521 is slightly taller than the more common 520.

Your best bet is probably painting an existing white cover or finding an unofficial one.

Looking on eBay I can only find an OEM replacement back (white) for the 521. However there are different colored replacement backs for the 520. The 520 replacement backs will NOT fit the 521. Your only choice may be to get a colored case/cover for the 521. :unhappy:

Someone has had some luck using dye to color the back plate. Don't remember where I saw it but it looked pretty cool.
