Should single click work as press and hold function?

Single click is working as press and hold function.

I am using Lumia 525, when the screen is idle for 20 secs and I click on any application, it is working like a "press and hold" utility. is there anyone who faced this? I have seen this in lumia 520 also. My screen timeput is set as 30 sec, when i am keeping this idle for 20 sec it behaves like this.

used to happen on my old 520 too. Some users have noticed the same:

guess it has to do with the screen on some phones. It doesn't happen on my 925
