HELP! Nokia Lumia 610 Start up PROBLEM

I got this problem when I accidentally put my lumia in a container with water. Whenever I start up my phone, it vibrates and then shows a picture of a phone with a windows logo and then a cord that is attached to it and then an arrow above the cord that points to a picture of a laptop. What does it mean?? Help.

Do not keep trying to turn the phone on - follow the tips in the thread for drawing any water out of your phone and hopefully it will then restart properly.

Hi,

I can turn it on now. It works fine but the screen has water spots right now and the touchscreen is not working properly.

there is a problem when I turn.
but after nokia logo appear immediately return phone died.
what's going on with my phone ..?
help me pleas....
