Lumia 610 sync problem

Hello. I have problem with my Lumia 610. I received video files from other phone via bluetooth, in mp4 file format. I see them in Zune -> Videos, and they play on the phone. When backing up my phone Zune did not add those files in collection. I got error(c00d11cd(800700b7)). Is there anyone who knows what this is about? I tried e-mailing it, and sky drive but i couldn't find them.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed here?

I have tried that. In step 4, there is no error code that i got. I don't have trouble syncing anything other then the files i got via bluetooth.
