if I may ask: where are you that you already got yours?
Hong Kong here, it was released two weeks ago. You can now find it for HKD1900 (US$250!!)

I don't find this phone to be fat. It's slightly thinner than an iPhone 3G/3GS, how does this qualify as "fat"? ^^

I'm not sure why you're saying it's slightly thinner than the iPhone 3G/3GS because I have one to compare here and it's slightly thicker than the 3G/3GS, slightly but definitely noticeable. I qualify this as quite "fat" because the curvature on the side of the phone is quite sharp, combining with the width of the phone making it feel fat, unlike the iPhone 3GS for example and definitely a little thicker than the big brother Lumia 820 and 920. Despite that, as I said I feel very comfortable to hold it in hand and a single hand operation of the phone is very easy.

See below photo and official dimensions ;) but I get your point about the steeply-curved sides
And totally agree with your comment that it feels very comfortable to hold and operate single-handedly!

Thickness
Lumia 620 : 11.0 mm
iPhone 3G : 12.3 mm
iPhone 3GS : 12.3 mm

Oooh... I have one iPhone 3G here and when I put it on a flat surface, side by side with the Lumia 620 I can definitely see the Lumia being slightly thicker. But yes, even if they're about the same, the Lumia still feels fat in hand compared to the iPhone 3G due to the curve.
