The 620 might not have the best specs for a smart phone, but every time I see pictures and videos of it I just keep getting drawn towards it more than any other WP8 device out there (well maybe aside from the 920). I don't know what it is but I think it's a number of things.
The form factor isn't exactly slim like most phones these days but the size of it looks like it would be nice to hold. It's slimmer than my 710 and I never had a problem with the size of the 710.
The colours of the shells is exceptional. If I got a 620 I would probably get a green, cyan and white shell and the hardest part would be deciding which one to put on.
The price is probably one of the biggest reasons. For under $300 you can get a phone that is much better than any Android phone for that price. I think almost every review I have read about the 620 has stated that in terms of price you can't go wrong with the 620. My 710 was quite cheap when I bought it and I felt that because of the price I didn't have to worry about keeping it safe, as much as I would with a more high-end phone. I'm not saying that I would abuse it on purpose but It's a little less on your mind.
I guess there is a trade off between price and specs. For me personally after living with a 710 and enjoying it I don't mind not having top of the line specs. I would probably like to have seen at least an 8MP camera like the 810 but then again if I know i will be taking a lot of pics I will just bring my proper camera along.
I think if Nokia doesn't release something that blows me away at MWC the 620 might be my next phone. If Nokia can get this out to the rest of the world then they might have a sleeper hit on their hands.
