Screen Pops Up?

I bought my brother a 620 yesterday it seems like the screen is a little bit off the cover at the top part of the phone




Is this normal or should I call a replacement?

QA issue. You might get a replacement, but no guarantee it won't look the same. If it bothers you, get a replacement, it's a valid reason to get one.

ow thanks, he said he is not bothered by it anymore. It's just a little bit frustrating for me but its not mine.

I also have that issue but mine is not really that noticeable. Seems like the headphone pin behind the cover is pushing the screen from the cover and I believe there's also no clip to sort of lock that portion of the cover in place properly.
