My lumia 620 happened to sleep of death. But the customer service tell me it is acceptable when the thing happened once or twice a mouth. is that true?

Well...I don't know about you...but typically when something DIES, it never works again. So, a "sleep of death" or...the phone being nonfunctional, should never happen more than once. Obviously that is under the assumption that your phone wasn't blessed by Jesus Christ.

If you are getting the black screen (more of a coma) when you have to do Volume/Power to wake it up...once a month is most likely an App/Software issue, and yea, you will probably have to live with it. Some Android phones have to do it weekly...
