my lumia 620 showing phone is up to date


but when iam open NokiaSoftware Updater For Retail application showing

is this ture firware update? can i update? or not ? plz make reply fast Thank"Q"

my question is my lumia 620 showing ur phone is up to date but NokiaSoftware Updater For Retail showing firmware is difference like see

First, you need known what your firmware version ON YOUR LUMIA 620.

^^^ I just installed the nokia installer and it says update available(1308.0002) whereas my phone update says there is no latest updates available.

Firmware version on my 620 is 1030.6407.1308.0001 which I guess is the same with the OP as well. Do I need to update the phone or shall I check with Nokia Care without committing? thanks!

On Nokia care suite show the update 1308, because do you have latest update for your country, the next update is 1314. First show on Nokia care, after show via OTA

You need update your Lumia when on nokia care or OTA show the update 1314, because the nokia care always show who have update same updated
