Lumia 620 and T-Mobile

Hello,

I have been for the past two days looking at prepaid windows phone device and I cut it down to the 620 on expansys for 219 and the 521 for 129. The problem is that T-Mobile prepaid is the best for getting your own data whenever and is cheaper and available in the Atlanta area where I am at. The question is how will the 620 operate on T-Mobile? They refarmed the 1900 MHz band in my area as well.

My mother has the 620 on T-Mobile and gets a steady H on her phone with data enabled. Sometimes it switches to H+ as well. So, to answer your question since you're in a refarmed area, it should work great for you.

Yep I just popped my friends 30 dollar t-mobile sim in my Lumia 620 and it worked. Only got Edge speeds though since I'm not in a refarmed area. BTW I think the H+ only comes on when the data connection is actively being used; otherwise it reverts back to just a plain ol' H...
