photo hub issue

Hey there!!! This is my first post...i think this site is very interesting...m using Lumia 620 for past 3 months...except battery drainage i hv got no error in the phone but from last 5-6 days when i save pic from windows explorer 10 or capture any pic from the camera ,it saves 2 pic in stand of 1 ,when i try to delete 1 of them it deletes both?what to do?

It could be an app causing the issue, so you may want to try deleting any apps you have installed around the time it went bad.

If that doesn't fix it, back everything up and perform a data wipe/ factory reset. Then restore.
