effects from changed the microsoft account region ?

Hi everyone, I'm from Indonesia. I still newbie for use WP8. My device is Nokia Lumia 620.
I already set the microsoft account region. And I choose Indonesia as my region.
But the problem is when I wanna install some of top app/games it's not possible in my region.
For example when I wanna install "Shrink Storage" to decrease "other storage", It's not possible.
For that I wanna change my microsoft account region to United States so I can download all app/games in WP8 store.
There is a problem/effect if I change it ?

first of all. that app(storage) is a mock...it does nothing
u r getting apps that are available in ur region...i think its not an issue

Just change and install the app, don't worry, this way I could get Temple run on my L620. The verification on a setting inside the system is really a dirty work from MS.
