Please Help :'( Bricked device?

My wifi suddenly stopped working so i just restarted my phone and now it wont turn on . The starting Nokia screen blinks and goes off and again blinks and goes off wtf is wrong i am not even able to start my phone can anyone help me

Try Nokia Software Recovery Tool, Nokia Software Updater for Retail and then if all them will fail, try to flash with Nokia Care Suite or go to Nokia Care.

even tried that but didnt succeed took it to the nokia service center they told the bios is dead so they would need to replace the thing, but the problem is lumia 620 is off production now so maybe i would get a new phone as i had even my vibrator not working and heating issues
