Nokia Lumia 620 (India) update problem/ firmware version problem

hello, i have many queries
1. i want to know tht how many firmware versions are available for L620,
i have 1030.6407.1308.0002 in my phone,
some says they having 1030.6407.1308.0001,
some having 1030.6407.1314.0001.
what does it mean.

2. when checking the update via NSU, it shows same version 1030.6407.1308.0002
which is already installed .
why doesnt it helps.

3.for which L620 , nokia develop amber n black. ?? :eck:
why i didnt get any updates.

updates are downloaded ota. not through NSU. and when i check the for update through nokia care suit or NSU, it shows me the same version u listed. this is becuase the rom availble for our product code, eg 059r5s4 is that only.

yes indian 620 have code 059r5s6 , i updated my device once with ota. may be its amber ,i didnt check, coz touch became insensitive after install it. i.e touch do not work at thht time, so i have to install previous version, 0002 .
after that i do not upgrade it to further with ota.
nokia care also do not recommend to do the same with ota.

nokia care always strictly recommends to update ota, not through upgrading roms,

my frnd , i didnt said tht nokia recomends upgrade by other roms,
i said they recommed not to upgrade by ota ,because my device's touch stops working after ota upgrade , then 1 of the nokia care executive told me tht it is not always good to upgrade by ota, he recomend to do the same from nokia care only, coz there were lot other people with the same problem i suffered .

No Issues with OTA update, i update only through OTA since 3 years..

i am not arguing my dear friend, but i was a bit shocked after listening to you. and you know what, yesterday i went to nokia care as my phone had some battery issues, so the guy at nokia care center didnt knew how to open the back-cover of the phone. i opened it for him. and i also asked him that when black update is coming? so he didnt replied... i asked him once again so he told that it has already available in india. download it through wifi. so I THINK nokia care people dont know much about software than hardware.
and the problem you have faced is just once or always?

haha back cover remover incident also happn to me,
nyways, it happen to me always. ,
n black is available now?
which version do u have?
n if i try for update via ota, then what u think which is available now, amber or black?
