Speaker doesn't work

Hi, Yesterday i was using my lumia 620 with WP8.1
and i noticed that the speaker wasn't working.
For example if i receive a call, the phone doesn't ring even if the volume is 10 out of 10.
I tried to plug my headphones in and they work.
What could be the prolem ?
How can I solve it ?

Exact same problem on my 810, it was working through half of the day and now it does not. Wonder which app got updated and it now causing issues. I might have to reset the phone back.
