Hi, has anyone bought any of the imitation digitizers off ebay?
Where can I get a good one from?.
I have bought 2 digitizers from ebay from different sellers but both of them have a thick plastic layer on the front. They are extremely unresponsive even when i turn the sensitivity up to max. Browsing internet and pinch zooming is very difficult and the touch isn't calibrated right so i keep getting the wromg keys on the keypad.
The plastic layer is not a screen protector though, it appears to form one plate of the capacitive screen as i found out when i tried to peel it off and the screen no longer works where it was peeled back.
The problem is the market is flooded with them, i have emailed at least 10 sellers on ebay and they have all replied that their digitizers have a plastic layer or 'simulated glass' as one described it.
I can't find a fully glass one like the original anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one please?
