Proximity Sensor Bug on L620 DP update 1

Having problem with proximity sensor. Screen is not acting properly,goes black irritatingly.
Should i remove the screen guard or it is something else..Somebody pls help..:unhappy:

did you already soft reset it ? it's easy

Removing screen guard won't help, if soft reset doesn't fix it, go for a hard one(if you don't have important data in your phone) another better option is to go to Nokia care centre, they'll fix it

Thanks.. i think it is something with the phone,because i have already done the hard reset.
BTW how much it will cost to solve that??

Go to Nokia care centre they'll sort it out

If your phone is in warranty, it'll be fixed for free, if not then it'll at least cost 10% of your current phone price
