lumia 620 touch screen doesnt work after update

Hi every one . I have done software update with wifi in nokia Lumia 620 . After update the touch screen stopped working i can see the side buttons working but touch doesn't respond . i have done hard rest and soft reset but none worked and please help...

Did you update from black to Cyan or from Cyan to Demin?
Did you ever replace your touch panel.
If you replaced your touchpanel with a non OEM version than the touchpanel will not work anymore in Cyan and Demin.

Try to use a screen guard and keep your screen free of dust,mud and sweat

Sounds like a generic digitizer.
Nokia disabled those in newer firmware updates.
