To reset microsoft account

Hi,
I would like to reset the Microsoft account which I have created through Lumia 625. How can I reset this account since its always ask the password that has been lost, for downloading apps. I have created new account and would like to use this instead of the previous one.
Please advice for the same.

Sorry, apparently Linking accounts is no longer supported. If you want to try recovering your account, since it sounds like you've lost the password I would contact Microsoft. If you're going with a completely new account you will lose your history, apps, and such, but if that's the route you want to go, go to Settings -> About -> Reset Your Phone... this will set it back to factory settings and require you to log in to your new Microsoft account. I would personally try password recovery options first and contacting Microsoft. You should have had to set up an alternate email not through Microsoft for them to contact you with or a phone number to contact you at.
